Our Junior High Camp is designed for players that are interested in trying out for their school teams or for those that would like to begin learning volleyball in a competitive way. Players in this camp are learning more complex volleyball skills and concepts and may be preparing for junior high, high school or club volleyball tryouts. This includes positions, serve receive patterns, and rotations. Our coaches are experienced and will serve as referees so players will have an opportunity to learn volleyball match rules. Junior High Camp is for players in grade sixth through eighth grade and is structured similar to a typical high school/club practice/camp.

Program structure:

10 Min - Warm up (Players serve upon entering gym)
50 Min - Skill work
20 Min - Volleyball education (serve receive, positions, rotations, match rules)
30 Min - Scrimmage, 3v3, 4v4, 5v5 drills
15 Min - Cool-down, reflection, closure
