Our skills clinics are designed for 6-9th grade players that would like extra skill work. Each session covers a position specific skill for the entire hour. Players will high-level training and clinics will focus on developing individual physical and mental skills.

Attacking/Blocking - fast transition, proper footwork, explosive approaches, arm swing mechanics, landing, hitting different shots, block transition, swing blocking, static blocking, blocking schemes

First Contact/Setting - angle passing, passing posture, footwork, proper setting hands, flexible wrist, serving toss, hand contact, float serve, jump float, short serves, 

And much more!
