Our Junior High Camp is a great way for players to keep up with their volleyball skills over the winter break! Players in this camp range from beginner to advanced and will be grouped based on skill. This camp will include volleyball education such as positions, serve receive patterns, and rotations. Our coaches are experienced and will serve as referees so players will have an opportunity to learn volleyball match rules. Junior High Camp is for players in grade sixth through ninth grade and is structured similar to a typical high school/club practice/camp.

Program structure:

10 Min - Warm up (Players serve upon entering gym)
50 Min - Skill work
20 Min - Volleyball education (serve receive, positions, rotations, match rules)
30 Min - Scrimmage, 3v3, 4v4, 5v5 drills
15 Min - Cool-down, reflection, closure
